Interactive Video Conferencing

Hi, My name is Kylie I have been asked to create a blog as part of my Masters in Educational Technology.

As there are many Web 2.0 Tools and Web 3.0 as we get more and more interactive I would like to encourage some chatter about ICV Interactive Video Conferencing (in particular K-6).

In the past my experiences have been concentrated in the VET sector although as I move towards completing my Masters in Ed Tech (USQ) I would also like to make a move across to the world of Instructional Design with a strong emphasis on Educational Technologies.

One that I feel should be in all schools is the opportunity to interact via video conferencing.

Please feel free to let me know of any schools that you are aware of that utilise this technology, favourite content areas, favourite content providers or simply provide your thoughts on the use of IVC in K-6.

It is this area that I may focus on in my Master Project so my intention is to use the thoughts and feedback of educators to base my Research Question - Ofcourse your suggestions are welcome. I look forward to your posts.
